Since 2007
Operating in apparel sourcing & manufacturing
We bring responsible sourcing requirements into material selection, supplier assessment, product development, production oversight, quality control and delivery. Each project balances those requirements with product performance, cost and lead time.

Development, production, quality control & shipment
We coordinate sourcing, supplier reviews, production oversight and buyer communication.
Manufacturing partners manage facility operations and carry out agreed production requirements.
Independent specialists perform testing, audits or certification assessments where required.
Material choices

We assess organic cotton options against the product brief, available supply and applicable certification requirements.
Cotton-based apparel and home textiles; organic-content and supply chain evidence.

We evaluate recycled polyester, cotton and blends for composition, durability and supporting recycled-content evidence.
Appropriate apparel and textile applications; performance and chain-of-custody checks.

We select linen, cellulosic fibers and performance blends around function, processing requirements and expected product life.
Material origin, functional suitability, care requirements and processing information.
For cellulosic and animal-derived materials, we consider origin, processing and relevant forestry or animal-welfare requirements. Supply availability, minimum quantities and claim requirements are agreed during development.

01
We establish specifications, material claims, buyer standards, quantities and delivery expectations.
02
We review factory capability, relevant audit findings, material records and subcontracting arrangements.
03
We agree responsibilities and required actions, then monitor production and documentation.
04
We review corrective-action status, escalate unresolved concerns and reassess supplier suitability.
Responsible purchasing. We work with buyers on clear specifications, realistic lead times and timely approvals to support stable production planning.
Environmental responsibility
We review relevant water-use processes, wastewater treatment information and chemical controls against buyer requirements.
We review available supplier energy information and coordinate buyer requirements for energy and emissions data.
We coordinate fit approvals, construction requirements and production planning to help reduce avoidable defects and rework. Supplier discussions also cover cutting efficiency and scrap handling.
We coordinate packaging specifications and shipment planning to protect products, reduce unnecessary packaging and avoid preventable transport changes.
People & partnerships
Responsible apparel sourcing depends on respect for workers and constructive supplier relationships. Our expectations reflect internationally recognized labor principles and practical attention to workplace conditions.
We expect manufacturing partners to maintain safe workplaces, meet applicable wage and working-hour requirements, and prevent discrimination, harassment, child labor and forced labor.
We expect suppliers to respect workers’ rights to organize and bargain collectively, with fair treatment and responsible employment practices.
We expect suppliers to provide accessible ways to raise concerns, protection from retaliation and a clear response process.
Supply chain transparency
Composition, claimed origin and material evidence.
Mill, processing and factory information within the agreed scope.
Approved specifications, applicable tests and inspection records.
Order references, packing information and delivery documentation.
Material specification
Composition, construction and agreed product requirements.
Scope certificate
Certified holder, covered activities or products, and validity.
Transaction certificate
Evidence for the applicable certified transaction.
Tests & inspections
Results for the identified sample or inspected goods.
Audit & action records
Facility findings and corrective-action status.
We agree supplier-tier coverage and information-sharing permissions for each project. Shipment records support delivery traceability; material-origin claims require their own supporting evidence.
Standards & product verification
Organic textile processing
The Global Organic Textile Standard covers certified organic fibers and processing requirements, including environmental and social criteria.
Recycled content
The Global Recycled Standard and Recycled Claim Standard verify recycled content and chain of custody. GRS includes additional processing requirements.
Textile product safety
A standard for textiles tested for harmful substances. It addresses product safety rather than organic content or overall environmental performance.
Continuous improvement
We align material specifications and claim requirements earlier in development.
We clarify mill, processing and factory information within each project’s sourcing scope.
We make follow-up responsibilities and unresolved issues clear to suppliers and buyers.
Clear ownership, accurate records and ethical business conduct guide our sourcing decisions. We keep buyers informed of relevant findings, agreed actions and outstanding concerns.
